Chinese Youth Delegation Visits Mongolia — Nuclear Five Group Chairman Hong Wansheng Joins the Delegation
At the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, the Ministry of Population Development and Social Protection, and the Mongolian Youth Federation, a Chinese youth delegation of 50 members led by Xu Xiao, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Communist Youth League Central Committee, made a friendly visit to Mongolia. Delegates came from nine provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across China, including youth workers, young civil servants, entrepreneurs, teachers, and journalists. Mr. Hong Wansheng, Chairman of Nuclear Five Group, participated in the visit as a member of the delegation.
This visit was part of an annual exchange program established under the youth cooperation agreement signed by President Xi Jinping and the President of Mongolia. According to the agreement, China sends 50 youth representatives to Mongolia each year and invites 100 Mongolian youth representatives to visit China. The visit was jointly hosted by the Mongolian Ministry of Population Development and Social Protection, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Mongolian Youth Federation, reflecting the strong commitment of both countries to youth exchange and cooperation.
As part of the week-long itinerary, the China–Mongolia Youth Entrepreneurs Forum served as a key highlight. The forum aimed to foster dialogue between young entrepreneurs from both countries on investment environments and industrial development, while building bridges for future cooperation. Entrepreneurs from China and Mongolia actively engaged across sectors including construction, finance, transportation, agriculture and animal husbandry, and energy, exploring opportunities and advancing bilateral economic collaboration.
