The grooved non-rising stem gate valve features a compact design that combines a non-rising stem structure with grooved-end connections. The stem remains concealed within the valve body and does not move during operation. It is threaded to the gate, which moves vertically inside the body to open or close the valve. Grooved rings on both ends of the valve body allow for quick pipe connection using grooved couplings—no welding or threading is required.
This valve is suitable for media such as clean water, oil, and neutral fluids. It operates under temperatures ≤80℃ and working pressure ≤1.6 MPa, making it ideal for water supply and drainage systems, fire protection networks, industrial circulating water, and municipal pipelines.
